New ‘staff updates’ category to showcase latest announcements

The Office of Communications has created a new, easy way for members of Team HISD to keep track of the latest changes to campus and district leadership.
Just visit or bookmark the new “staff updates” category of the HISD News Blog, and you’ll see a list of all announcements made since its creation in early July.
The first entry is an article detailing the reorganization of the Schools Office, but several other announcements have been made since then regarding new chief schools officers, school support officers, and principals.
You can also find a link to this collection of content on the main district website, under the “Learn More About” section on the left-hand side of the page.
