Changes to TADS: There are new updates to the Teacher Appraisal Development System. Comparative growth is now an optional measure for teachers. When Principals determine the measures in which to evaluate a teacher, Comparative Growth will be selected, however it can be deselected and another measure can be chosen. The other major changes are the addition of RL360/Screener as a Student Progress Measure in grades 1 and 2 and the Appraiser Approved Assessment/Performance Tasks for all courses. Look forward to more information being shared in the future.
