How do I convert a Word file into a pdf document?

If you are using Microsoft Office 2007 or 2010, click “File,” then “Save As,” then “Change file type to PDF,” and finally, “Save file.”
Machines using older versions of Microsoft Office would require a third-party application in order to accomplish this.
