McReynolds MS teacher becomes certified Level IV chess coach

A few weeks ago, McReynolds Middle School teacher Robert Myers was featured in the Shout-Outs section of Friday eNews for his students’ performance in high-level chess tournaments.
Now, Myers is returning to the Accolades section for an accomplishment of his own.
Over the past weekend, Myers was designated a Level IV (National) Certified Chess Coach by the United States Chess Federation—and he is now the only one in Texas and one of only eight in the entire world.
