Register now for your OneSource Training
Training registration is now open for OneSource, the new distictwide system launching July 1 that will provide a seamless integration between HR, Payroll, and Finance.
All employees will need to take a minimum of two online training sessions to learn how to access the system’s various self- service and learning management features. Depending on your duty schedule, you can take those online courses in June, July, or in August. See the information below.
Employees who currently access SAP and PeopleSoft for various functions (time entry and approval, Procards, travel, budget, etc.) will need to attend more training sessions. These individuals, along with others identified by their principal or direct supervisor, will receive an email the week of May 9 from the HISD IT Service Desk with a link to the OneSource Training Registry —which includes a list of required courses and the corresponding eTRAIN numbers.
Once an employee receive this email, they are advised to register in eTRAIN for all required courses, add the training date(s), time(s), and location(s) to their calendar, and notify their direct supervisor if they will need to attend an in-person training offsite.
These individuals will need to take all courses before go-live on July 1. Current SAP and PeopleSoft users will not have access to OneSource unless they have attended training. Training registration in eTRAIN must completed by June 12.
