Technology upgrades for 2016-17 school year
Improved employee self-service and learning management platform
The district has moved to OneSource for all human resources and financial functionality. This means that you will need to login to the new system to update your personal information, including your emergency contact numbers, and view your paycheck stub, leave time hours, and other information. You also will access all online professional development, including districtwide mandatory compliance courses, through OneSourceMe.
The majority of employees need to take two, one-hour online courses in order to become familiar with the system’s self-service and learning-management features. Click on the course name below to begin training. Principals and managers have been instructed to give all employees time during the work day to complete these courses.

OneSourceMe | Participants will learn how to navigate and perform different tasks in the different modules of OneSourceME including learning and professional development. |

To find other OneSource trainings: Login to OneSource ESS and select the OneSourceMe tab. All training is located under the Learning section. Click on “home” to see the options. To access OneSource: Login to myHISD, and click on the OneSource icon in the employee quick-links toolbar. Use your employee login and password.
