Need help? Come to a OneSource open lab

Staff on hand August 8- 19 at HMW in room 3C10

School and central department staff needing support with performing critical functions in OneSource, such as time entry, budgets, shopping carts, and travel, are invited to stop by Hattie Mae White for support from Aug. 8-19.

OneSource subject matter experts will be available from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday to provide hands-on assistance with the new system. Employees are asked to bring a laptop. No appointment or registration is necessary, just stop by.

Members of Team HISD can also access the OneSource Support Site to troubleshoot common issues. The site contains quick reference guides, a list of frequently asked questions, and help videos. The site is updated on a regular basis based on customer service calls to the IT Service Desk.​

If you have a question or concern that is not addressed on the OneSource Support Site, email ServiceDesk@Houstonisd.org or call 713-892-7378, select option 3.

    Whenever I try to view my pay statement, it doesnt allow me to. Can I please get some help ?

      If you have a pop-up blocker, that will prevent the pay statement window from opening. Disable the blocker for the OneSource site to see if that helps. If that doesn’t solve the issue, please call 713-892-7378, select option 3 or email ServiceDesk@houstonisd.org.
