Non-teacher employees, managers must complete new appraisal process training
After the successful launch of OneSource, the system will also be used to complete the non-teacher appraisal process. In order to ensure managers and employees are prepared to use the system, all employees and appraisers are required to complete an in-person or online training by Friday, Sept. 30.
All non-teacher employees must complete a one-hour course. Register for the training in OneSource, using course number 9001 for the instructor-led session or course number 7001 for the online course.
Managers who conduct appraisals of non-teacher employees will also need to complete an additional 90-minute course. The instructor-led course number is 9003, and the online course number is 7002. Please note there may be a waiting list for the instructor-led course.
To register for the training sessions, log into OneSource and click the “OneSourceMe” tab. Select the “Home” drop-down menu, then click “Learning” to search for and register for the course you want to take.
