Calling the HISD Benefits Service Center is easier than ever

Starting today, it is faster and easier than ever to get answers about your HISD benefits. When you call the HISD Benefits Service Center at 877-780-HISD (4473), you will be asked to enter three things:
- Your HISD employee ID
- Your date of birth
- Your ZIP code
This will allow the Benefits Service Center to confirm your identity in a few seconds, and you won’t have to confirm verbally. You will then be connected with an HISD Benefits representative who can help you with all the information you need. It’s that simple.
