Increase in TRS contribution

Employees will see a rate increase in their TRS contribution amount effective with their Sept. 1, 2021, paycheck.
The Chart of Contribution Rate Increase as passed by the 2019 Texas Legislative session, which began last year, is:
| 9/1/2020 | 7.7% |
| 9/1/2021 | 8.0% |
| 9/1/2022 | 8.0% |
| 9/1/2023 | 8.25% |
| 9/1/2024 | 8.25% |
