Revised direct deposit form expands employees’ options

Until recently, HISD employees who took advantage of the district’s direct deposit system of paycheck processing could only designate up to two bank accounts to receive their wages.

Now, the district’s policy has changed to expand employees’ options (from two to three bank accounts), and the Payroll Department has issued a revised direct deposit form to reflect that new flexibility.

Employees wishing to make adjustments to their direct deposit information can find the new form in the “Update Personal Info.” portlet under the “Forms and Documents” subchannel of the Human Resources website (login required).
