2015 W2 forms now available on Employee Self Service

Tax season is just around the corner, and HISD is making sure its employees have everything they need to start preparing their income tax return.
While employees’ 2015 W2 forms are in the process of being mailed this week, electronic versions of the form are already available on Employee Self Service.
To view or print the W2 form, go to https://ess.houstonisd.org, and use the same username and password you use to log into your work computer. Then click the “Payroll” tab in the upper left-hand corner and select “View W-2 forms.”

I can’t see my W2 on Self Service. I clicked on it and nothing happened.
Sorry you’re having trouble. The form will pop up in a new window, so if you have a pop-up blocker, that will prevent it from opening. If you are still having trouble after disabling the pop-up blocker, contact the Service Desk at servicedesk@houstonisd.org or call 713-892-7378
on my W-2 box 3 and 4 (social security) are blank. is this correct?
