HISD Winter Holiday Schedule: School Resumes Tuesday, Jan. 8
HISD will be closed for its annual Winter Holiday from Monday, Dec. 24, 2012, through Friday, Jan. 4, 2013. Monday, Jan. 7, 2013, is a preparation day for teachers, so students will not return to school until Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013. HISD central and administrative offices will reopen for business on Monday, Jan. 7, 2013. HISD employees should consult the duty schedules posted here for additional details.
