Progress Conference and PPA Labs
Appraisers of non-teachers (NTAS), teachers (TDAS) and school leaders (SLAS) are invited to attend a refresher course on creating and conducting a Progress Conference and Prescriptive Plans for Assistance. The course offers a lab element with individual assistance available as needed. A performance and improvement manager (PCIM) will also be available to assist with any questions and provide hands-on assistance to participants. Those who attend will receive an appraisal calendar and quick reference guide.
