HISD students from Garcia elementary school deliver news about district leaders announcing a new pilot program called “Read Houston Read” where community members volunteer time to read to a student in person or over the internet. Also, Congratulations goes out to Fonville Middle School clerk Antonio Rodriguez for being recognized as HISD’s employee of the month for September 2014.
