OneSource Training Information
Access online courses now to prepare for July 5 launch
The launch of OneSource is fast approaching and all HISD employees must undergo training in order to access the new system when it goes live on Tuesday, July 5. The majority of employees will need to take two, one-hour, online courses: Employee Self Service and OneSourceME. Click below to take the online ESS course. The OneSourceME training link will be posted soon.

Department managers, principals, and those employees who enter time, create shopping carts, use Procards, and handle travel will need to take additional courses. Click here for a list of courses.
All online courses DO NOT require registration and are accessible 24/7 through the OneSource website. Click here for step by step instructions on how to access online courses from home.
Please note that courses are being added over the next few weeks, so please check back if your course is not currently showing.
In-person, instructor-led courses require registration. Call the HISD IT Service Desk at 713-892-7378 to register.
