Take the Employee Well-Being Survey by Jan. 23
The past couple of years have been incredibly challenging for HISD employees as we continue to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact.
Please take the time to complete a short survey to let Superintendent Millard House know what HISD can do to support you as we move forward in these difficult times. This survey will help us better understand what you are going through and what meaningful improvements we can make to support you, your family, and your work environment.
The survey is anonymous, but there is a question that asks you to identify your employee group. This will assist us with tailoring support specific to employee groups. If you do not feel comfortable answering a question, you may select “I prefer not to answer.”
Beginning today, Jan. 10, 2022, the survey is open and will continue through Jan. 23, 2022. Once the survey is over, the superintendent will review the results with district staff to determine specific changes they can make to better support you. Please click on this link to start the survey:
