Locksmith is ‘key’ to department’s success

Dan Medina
This week’s Shout Out goes to Dan Medina, a locksmith in Alarm Communications, from his team leader, Lucie Garcia, for his helpfulness and his inquiring mind.
“Dan is always trying to learn something new,” explains Garcia. “His main focus is locks, but he can also be found assisting other department crafts, such as burglar alarms, card access, Code One box security, and wherever he is needed. I receive emails from school personnel weekly about Dan. They always mention him being helpful, professional, and knowledgeable.”
“We could not provide a high level of service if it were not for the many dedicated employees who work in this department,” added Alarm Communications Manager Byron Thurmond. “They often work long hours, making sure that all systems operate in unison.”
