The SchoolPay online program is now available to all HISD schools, allowing parents to pay tuition, as well as student activity, field trip, lost book, laptop, prom, or other fees with debit or credit cards.

To help schools make the most of this new tool, HISD is offering two-hour training sessions for principals and their designees at the Hattie Mae White Educational Support Center (4400 W. 18th, 77092) and the Teledyne Building (5827 Chimney Rock, 77081) March 21–24.

Using SchoolPay is advantageous for schools because it provides accurate accounting, payment receipt confirmations, account reconciliation, and transaction tracking capabilities. It is easy to learn and use, and live support is available for help when needed.

SchoolPay account holders can make payments for multiple students in one transaction, even if students attend different schools. The system also accommodates partial payments and payments by individuals who do not have a student at an HISD school (a significant benefit during fundraisers).

Employees may register for sessions via eTRAIN. Introductory videos, SchoolPay OverviewRunning Reports in SchoolPayWorking with Payment Items  should be viewed prior to attendance.
