District gives employees ability to manage, reset network password
Few things are more frustrating than forgetting your network password and then getting locked out of your account.
Now, the district’s Information Technology team is giving employees a way to manage their network password and unlock their accounts by answering a few security questions verifying their identity.
HISD Access is a new secure self-service tool that allows employees to handle password issues without having to call the Service Desk to get it reset, saving time and energy.
Employees simply need to create a profile and choose three security questions that will be used in the event they want to change or reset their password.
