Important message about employee paychecks

Due to an inadvertent file transmission error, some employees may have received an incorrect payroll deposit on Monday. A 2014 direct deposit file was sent to the bank instead of the correct 2016 file. The issue was identified and quickly corrected on Monday; however, some bank deposits already had been processed.

All correct deposits will be processed by Wednesday, June 29, the district’s regular pay day.

Banks will begin the process of recovering the incorrect deposits. Many district employees were not affected and will receive the correct deposit on Wednesday, June 29.
