Having trouble navigating the new Non-Teacher Appraisal process in OneSource? Come to an open lab hosted by the HISD Performance Management team.
The labs provide an opportunity for appraisers and employees to ask questions and receive assistance regarding the OneSourceMe Performance and Goals components including:
- assigning appraisers
- entering/cascading/submitting department goals
- creating development goals (to be included on IPDP)
- additional navigation questions
Registration is not required. You may stop by anytime during each two-hour time slot. A member of the Performance Management team will be available to assist you with your Non-Teacher Appraisal questions. Click here for a flyer with dates and times.
