Teacher salutes Garden Oaks Montessori principal

Dr. Lindsey Pollock
This week’s Shout Out goes to Garden Oaks Montessori Principal Lindsey Pollock from teacher Marisa Zepeda-Zamora, who praised her for “her unwavering commitment to superior education.”
“Dr. Pollock is the most compassionate, committed, and inspiring person,” said Zepeda-Zamora. “She is amazing to our staff, children, and community, and I am honored to work with her.”
Under Dr. Pollock’s leadership, Garden Oaks Montessori has received the Welcoming Schools Seal of Excellence, won an NFL Play 60 grant, and been named a National Magnet School of Merit.
Dr. Pollock is also one of dozens of employees hitting their hiring-date anniversary with the district this week.

Congratulations on your HISD victory! You have done a great job!
I had the pleasure of working with her at Park Place Elementart and we really hated to see her go! She was truly dedicated to the students and staff! Congrats Lindsey!!
