Ortiz Middle School celebrated both Chinese New Year and Black History Month last week. Students participated in both programs, which honored the diversity on their campus.
Ortiz AVID students performed the AVID creed during the school’s Black History Month Celebration, which included cultural dances, poetry, and skits performed by all the students. See a video of the program below.
