The Houston Independent School District will be hosting a craft and transportation job fair on Sat., July 13, 2013.
The fair will take place at the Jordan High School for Careers (5800 Eastex Freeway, 77026) from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.
HISD will be interviewing for the following positions:

- Crossing guards
- Custodians
- DDC control technicians
- Electricians
- Grounds workers
- HVAC technicians
- Locksmiths
- Maintenance repairers
- Mechanic helpers
- Plant operators
- Plumbers
- Police officers
- School bus mechanics
- Tree pruners
- Warehouse drivers
- Warehouse workers
All applicants are subject to verification of work experience, certification, references, and a criminal history check. Applicants should bring two forms of identification.
