The Houston Community College System last week announced that due to nationwide school closures, high school students will have access to dual-credit courses online.

Beginning Monday, March 30, all HCC classes, including dual-credit courses, will resume with all coursework online. All courses will be completed through the college’s learning management system (LMS), Canvas.

Students will receive email communication from HCC on how to log in to their courses. Resources on how to access and utilize the LMS can be found at HCC’s website, at the bottom of HCC’s COVID-19 page, or at HCC’s Instructional Resources For Students. Additionally, this website offers additional library access and software support for students. 

Students also have access to HCC’s Instructional Support Call Center (713-718-5295), whichprovides assistance with Canvas technical support.
