Austin High School students met with Kroger human resources executives to participate in mock job interviews to help prepare for future career opportunities as part of the school’s human resources and retail pathway.

Almost 20 students participated in the interviews on Friday, Dec. 5 and learned about the professional traits Kroger executives look for in a prospective candidate for employment with the grocery chain. The students were asked to articulate their prior job experience, how to manage working with difficult people, and to give an example of when they received poor customer service.
