Have you recently recognized an employee, coworker or team member at HISD go above and beyond in providing exceptional customer service? Nominate him or her for the Service Excellence Employee of the Month!
Anyone can nominate an employee under Business Operations—meaning a principal, co-worker, secretary, general manager, community member, or a parent. The honorees will be recognized during a breakfast with Chief Operating Officer Leo Bobadilla.
As part of the Business Operations process to a culture change, the Service Excellence initiative introduces and encourages the behaviors of the four service standards: safe, courteous, responsive and efficient. The honorees will be selected based off the service standards.
Nominations will automatically be submitted for consideration beginning for the month of September. Please note that any employees serving under Business Operations (Police, Transportation, Construction and Facilities Services, Nutrition Services and Business Assistance) are eligible for this recognition award. A total of three employees will be selected per month. Members of the Service Excellence team will choose the final three to four honorees as the ‘Employee of the Month’ for Service Excellence.
The deadline to submit this nomination form is the 20th of each month to be considered for the following month.
