HISD students win big in Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo School Art Contest

The Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo School Art Contest Committee judged nearly 600 pieces of HISD student artwork on Jan. 21 at the Hattie Mae White Educational Support Center.
