Kizzy Luke has been selected as the new principal of Bell Elementary School. Luke most recently served as assistant principal at Highland Heights Elementary School. She began her career in 2000 as a kindergarten teacher at Kashmere Gardens Elementary.

Luke was promoted to an instructional coach position for math and science in 2011 in Sheldon ISD. In 2014, she became an assistant principal at Grissom Elementary School and in 2015, Luke became the assistant principal at Highland Heights Elementary. She earned her Bachelor of Science  in Social Science from the University of Houston Downtown and her Master of Education and a master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from Prairie View A&M University.
