Yates High School’s boys basketball team made it to the district 3A state championship game for the second year in a row, but fell short of the title.
Yates played Dallas’ Madison High School Saturday for the second time, hoping to avenge their loss from the year before. The Lions put up a good fight, but Madison was a little bit stronger and won 80-72.
