Student Enrollment Department to host a family enrollment drive

In preparation for the 2022-2023 school year, the Houston Independent School District Student Enrollment Department will be hosting a Student Enrollment Application and Resources Drive. Families are invited to attend this event from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, May 21, at Sam Houston Math, Science, and Technology Center (MSTC) High School.

Student Enrollment is partnering with the Sam Houston MSTC High School feeder pattern and St. James Family Life Center to bring this family-friendly event to the community. Connect with neighborhood schools, gather resources, and receive one-on-one enrollment support to set students up for success in the 2022-2023 school year.

There are 17 feeder pattern schools and more than 30 community vendors participating in the enrollment drive. Additionally, Houston Food Bank will provide prepackaged food boxes, and St. James Family Life Center donated three pallets of diapers.
