HISD families invited to attend fall Family Learning Academy events

This fall, HISD launches the Family Learning Academy – a series of free events to connect district and community resources that support student success with HISD families across the city.

The Academy kicks off with six Super Saturdays this fall that will feature workshops and a resource fair covering four topics: college and career readiness, learning at home, family leadership, and family wellness. For each event, transportation and childcare (for children 3 to 8 years old) will be provided.
