Rilondrea Jones has been selected as the new principal of Briargrove Elementary School.

Jones has been an educator for 20 years and has served in various roles from intervention manager to teacher development specialist (ITDS). Her teaching career began in 2002 in Fort Bend ISD where she taught various grades and subjects. Prior to joining HISD’s Interventions Department, Jones served as a teacher specialist at Montgomery Elementary School.

Jones Graduated from Grambling State University. She earned her master’s degree from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
